Managing a small business that targets an international clientele means irregular but flexible work hours
Our team is small, so you will have to be a resourceful and creative problem solve, and willing to sweat and occasionally get your hands dirty. You must stay on your toes to meet the challenges as they come!

and claim ownership of each triumph. This role will require you to be present and available
, give constructive feedback to improve the business, and help co-create processes that improve the efficiency of operating a comfortable stay for our guests.

My business is essentially in hospitality but I am looking into other services related to promotion of well-being.Duties:
■ Managing front desk hosting duties: checking guests in and out, ensuring housekeeping is taking care of the rooms
■ Administration: answer to inquiries through email, phone, Facebook, OTAs
■ Assisting in new and existing business projects: ideating, prospecting, analysing, sourcing, executingSkills:
■ Language proficiency: Cantonese and English is preferred. Mandarin is a bonus, as well as any other languages. Even reading human body language a big bonus, in order to empathically sense when a guest requires something.
■ Computer literate: You will be trained in our hospitality software, and you will need to manage various duties via email and on various marketing platforms. You also may be required to use the usual Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
■ Knowledge in email marketing and social media marketing is a plus!
■ Experience in hospitality, PR, and/or pitching is a big plus
