Must Knows
-The person making the reservation MUST be aged 18 or above.
-Only one extra guest is allowed for each room. Additional charges are required.
-Persons not included in the reservation but remain in the room after 9 pm are considered undeclared guests and the Management will request for relevant charges on the following day.
-In case of disputes, the Management reserves the right of final decision.
Contactless self-service check-in
Guests can now skip the front desk. Study the few points below for an expedited access to your rooms:
-Damage deposit payable right after reservation
For each successful reservation, a damage deposit of $500 per room is collected in addition to the rental charge and cleaning fee. The damage deposit is refundable in accordance to our house rules and policy. We shall refund through the same channel of payment that you used for reservation.
-Access codes and pre-arrival registration
First let us know that you’d like contactless self-checking in by phone or email. We will send a link to the pre-arrival registration form. After completing this form, the codes for opening the smart door lock and the key box will be sent to you via mobile phone.
-Electronic guide book

The electronic guide book is downloadable in our website. It is also sent to you by email. It provides the must-knows for a carefree stay.
