Accomodation

It is an unshakable principle that we value quality over quantity, a standard that sets us apart from other holiday rentals; we are generous in the use of space. We would like our guests to feel as much at home as if they were in theirs, and hopefully even more comfortable!

The design principle of the whole property emphasizes on quiet elegance over visual noise. We offer three stylish rooms each caters for different budgets and needs. All rooms include an en-suite bathroom, without exception even in the smallest one.

House Rules and Policy

Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 11 am.

Late check-out: Late check-out at 1 pm is possible subjecting to room availability, priced HK$100 per hour. Guests will be charged for unauthorized late check-out: HK$200 per hour, a full day's rent when exceeding 2 hours.

Walk-in guests shall make full payment in cash.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make booking. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in cancellation and full forfeiture of all moneys paid.

Early check in: Our rooms are only ready for occupancy AFTER 3pm. If you require an early check-in, we recommend reserving an additional night as this will allow you to check in as soon as you arrive.

Damage deposit: HK$500 per room to be paid at check-in. The sum shall be returned in full at check-out if guests have not caused damage or excessive dirt is found in room.

No smoking indoors. An extra HK$200 will be charged for presence of tobacco odours at check-out.

Lost key: HK$300 per key will be charged if guests fail to return the room key(s).

Pets:
Please request in advance and observe the following terms and conditions:

1. Damage deposit is HK$1000
2. Not more than two pets weighing below 10 kg per reservation.
3. Pet(s) must always be kept in crate(s)/ carrier(s) when inside our premises, no sharing of our cups, towels, blankets and beds.
4. You must make every effort to keep your pet(s) quiet, prevent it/ them from fouling and damaging furniture.
5. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and no refund if pet(s) is/ are aggressive or any T&C is violated.

Extra charge shall be required on site if number of guests exceeds information given to the management.

It is strictly forbidden to light candles/ open fires inside the rooms. Guests willbe asked to leave without any refund if found violating this rule.

It is prohibited to use colour treatment of hair. Towels or bed linen with colourstains are considered irreversibly damaged items and guests will be charged accordingly.

Service fee will be charged for outside food and drinks in the manner of:
I. Supply of cutleries and tableware at HK50 per service.
II. Corkage at HK100 per bottle.
III. Cake cutting at HK80 per cake.

Reservation
Policy

Must Knows

-The person making the reservation MUST be aged 18 or above.

-Only one extra guest is allowed for each room. Additional charges are required.

-Persons not included in the reservation but remain in the room after 9 pm are considered undeclared guests and the Management will request for relevant charges on the following day.

-In case of disputes, the Management reserves the right of final decision.

Contactless self-service check-in

Guests can now skip the front desk. Study the few points below for an expedited access to your rooms:

-Damage deposit payable right after reservation
For each successful reservation, a damage deposit of $500 per room is collected in addition to the rental charge and cleaning fee. The damage deposit is refundable in accordance to our house rules and policy. We shall refund through the same channel of payment that you used for reservation.

-Access codes and pre-arrival registration
First let us know that you’d like contactless self-checking in by phone or email. We will send a link to the pre-arrival registration form. After completing this form, the codes for opening the smart door lock and the key box will be sent to you via mobile phone.

-Electronic guide book
(Downloadable PDF file)
The electronic guide book is downloadable in our website. It is also sent to you by email. It provides the must-knows for a carefree stay.

Change of arrival date and cancellation of reservation

Espace Elastique cancellation policy

1. Automatic confirmation of room reservation once deposit is made. Afterwards, any change of scheduled arrival date incurs an administration fee of 20% of the net basic room price. Validity of deposit lasts 3 months.

2. 48 hours cancellation policy applies; 72 hours for festive times. Refund of deposit will be made after deducting an administration fee of HK$500.

3. Change of check in date is not accepted within 24 hours of scheduled arrival. Deposit paid shall be forfeited.

4. Only ONE postponement is accepted due to poor weather conditions such as typhoon, heavy rainstorm (with reference to warnings issued by the Hong Kong Observatory). Rescheduling shall be set within 3 months for guests inside HK territory and 6 months for those without. Request of postponement shall be
made no later than 12nn the day before arrival; otherwise it shall be considered a cancelled booking.

Extra Charges

Extra charges would incur under the following circumstances:

1. Transferring the deposit through different banking or credit card systems, such as transferring money by Jetco to Union Pay;
2. Transferring the money from outside Hong Kong to Espace Elastique’s bank accounts in Hong Kong Charges imposed by the payment media, including the part charged to the receiver, will be borne by the guests. If guests from the Mainland, Macao or other places can ask their friends or relatives in Hong Kong to transfer the deposit to us on their behalf, they can save such extra charges.

Particular request

If guests wish to make reservation for five persons or more, please fill out the form under “Contact Us”. Personnel of Customer Service shall reply within one to three days.

1. Guests’ personal particulars will only be kept confidential except for analytical uses in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

2. Reservation will be confirmed after we have received the proof of payment of the deposit

2. En suite bathroom, Japanese onsan-styled tub, pressure showerhead, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.

3. Room size: 350 sq. ft approximately.

Versatility, minimalism
The stylish and versatile suite is comprised of two main sections, offering various functions to satisfy guests of different needs.

1. The sleeping area of approximately 23 square meters, equipped with:
a. Fixed beds: two single twin beds sized 92cm x 190cm, one trundle bed
(double bed when fully extended, able to fit two single mattresses of 195 cm x 98 cm each, hence retracts to be a single bed when required)
b. Warm and cool air-conditioning
c. TV corner: 32" LED television and chaise longue
d. En suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer and bathroom amenities

2. The living area of approximately 12 square meters, consists of:
a. A minimalist interior in Japanese style that allows ample floor space for playing, meditation workshop, group discussion, mat exercises etc…
Furniture wise, there is an extendable table that is able to stretch from 0.5 m to 2 m for in-room dining
b. An extra bathroom with a shallow tub, hand held shower, toilet, hairdryer and bathroom amenitie

Special request of double bed arrangement:
*The two existing single beds are put side by side and secured together with bindings. Then they are topped with a thin double mattress followed by double bed linens. The service requires extra labour. Additional $100 service charge is required.
